Sunday May 6th, 2012 will see the 100th running of the Dalby Picnic Races.
Up to 4,500 patrons are attracted to Dalby’s biggest annual race day. The country atmosphere, where ’city meets bush’ attracts a mixture of corporate guests and social race goers with crowds travelling from throughout Queensland and interstate.
The Dalby Amateur Picnic Race Club offers a range of sponsorship packages. Benefits of each sponsorship level are detailed in the sponsorship proposal.

Corporate Table Sponsorship
A sponsorship pledge of $1,500 (plus GST) will secure:

Table for ten guests in the Corporate Marquee. This elegant
private enclosure is located close to the action of the betting
ring and has an unobstructed view of the finish line. This is
the only on course area that is permitted to have glass. A limited number of tables are available -
Invitation for 10 guests to the Corporate Pre-Race Welcome
Function, commencing 10.30am Sunday May 6th, 2012 with
complimentary beer, wine or champagne and hot savouries.
The pre-race function is an ideal setting to introduce yourself
and your guests to other corporate and race sponsors of the
day. -
On course signage (1 banner, placed at the discretion of the
committee) -
Full colour logo in the race book

Delectable luncheon, followed by afternoon desserts and evening
hot savouries for 10 guests. -

Secure yourself a seat in the 2012 Dalby Picnic Races Corporate
Enclosure for $150 (plus GST) per person.

As a corporate guest you will receive an invitation to the prerace welcome function, full luncheon and afternoon savouries, complemented with a beverage package.

Tables of 10 in the Black Toyota Trackside Marquee may be reserved prior to the event but will require advance payment of 10 x Race Day tickets in full to secure bookings. Tables will be allocated on a first in basis. Tables are limited.
